The Elrics are released to continue their pursuit provided that Father isn't opposed by them.Locating an underground tunnel beneath Briggs, General Olivier Armstrong find Father and the Elrics has been creating a national transmutation group and intends to give its citizens so he is able to ascend to godhood. Greed recovers betrays Father and his previous self's memories, teaming up with after, and Edward, the chimera minions of Kimblee Hohenheim. Hohenheim discloses to his sons individually that he's not mortal, turned right into a living Philosopher's Stone by Father four hundred years back.The Promise Day arrives and Father prepares to begin his strategy having an eclipse and the ones who attempted human transmutation as his sacrifices that are essential. The various protagonists conflict with Father's minions, with all the Homunculi expiring. Following a forced Mustang, as well as the Elrics, Izumi, Hohenheim are collected as the causes dad activates the national transmutation. In the spring of Kyoko's first year in high school, Eiko, a girl like a sister to her, returns with her younger brother, Jiro. The return isn't that big of a deal, but Jiro (self proclaimed super mad scientist) has it in his head that he wants to operate on Kyoko! And, what's even more, the two of them are actually high ranking members of an Evil organization at the run from the heroes of justice!(well not as much as you would think) So high school and her daily life is about to become a bit more exciting as these two begun living with her.

Himoto Sora is a transfer student with a sense of justice and dreams of becoming a knight. Upon arriving at Utopia Gakuen, she learns of a virtual reality-like game played by the male students in which they use girls as weapons in battles for status and treat them as commodities. Seeing one of these girls being abused she steps in and through some sort of error unwittingly becomes the first female participant of the game.
